普米克令舒与万托林雾化吸入联合治疗 小儿喘息型支气管炎的临床治疗效果(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探討小儿喘息型支气管炎采用吸入用硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液(万托林)及吸入用布地奈德混悬液(普米克令舒)雾化吸入联合治疗的效果。方法 68例小儿喘息型支气管炎患儿, 随机分为对照组和治疗组, 各34例。对照组给予常规治疗, 治疗组给予常规措施+万托林及普米克令舒雾化吸入联合治疗, 两组均连续治疗7 d, 观察两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为94.1%高于对照组的76.5%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组湿啰音、哮鸣音、咳嗽、三凹征、憋喘缓解时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前, 两组血清白介素4(IL-4)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)水平比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后, 治疗组血清IFN-γ水平显著升高, 且高于对照组, 血清IL-4水平显著下降, 且低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿喘息型支气管炎采用万托林及普米克令舒雾化吸入联合治疗, 安全性较高, 且疗效显著, 具有推广价值。

    Clinical treatment effect of pulmicort respulas combined with ventolin aerosol inhalation for the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis LI Zhi-xiang. Department of Pediatrics, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Hospital, Hohhot 010017, China

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect by albuterol sulfare solution for inhalation (ventolin) and budesonide suspension for inhalation (pulmicort respulas) through aerosol inhalation in combined treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis. Methods A total of 68 pediatric asthmatic bronchitis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the treatment group received conventional therapy and combined treatment of pulmicort respulas and ventolin aerosol inhalation. Both group received 7 d continuous treatment, and their clinical effect was compared in two groups. Results The treatment group had higher total treatment effective rate as 94.1% than 76.5% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The treatment group had shorter alleviation time of moist rale, wheezing rale, cough, three concave sign, asthma and hospital stay time than the control group, and their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant difference in serum interleukin 4 (IL-4) and interferon γ(IFN-γ) level in two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the treatment group had higher serum IFN-γ level than the control group, and lower serum IL-4 level than the control group. All differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined treatment of pulmicort respulas and ventolin aerosol inhalation shows high security and significant curative effect for the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis, and it contains promotion value.
